The Autism Mentors at Faraway are the first of their kind in North East Lincolnshire, mentors with lived experience of autism assisting other autistic people to find their way into a career that both suits them and helps them to develop their professional skills.

The mentors are trained in emotional support and coach autistic individuals so that they can feel comfortable in themselves and realise their own bright futures.
