Scott is very passionate about helping others to achieve their hopes and aspirations. Scott has gained experience in many areas of work in his youth however, he found his passion for helping others when he got a job as a support worker many years ago.

He was recognised for his work ethic and driven approach to supporting people and was offered an opportunity to work in Neurodiversity Services. It was here that Scott learnt about the Faraway and all the amazing work that is being done. When he was given the opportunity to become part of the team, he grabbed it with both hands!
