Andi is passionate about Neurodiversity and equality, wanting to increase awareness, understanding and consideration towards Neurodivergent individuals, through ongoing self-development and understanding within my own Neurodivergence. But fostering skills and knowledge within the field, and for people's advocacy and independence.
